HOW CAN I BE SURE MY CLIENT DATA IS USED SECURELY?
You provide us with a copy of your client database in CSV format and we’ll upload it securely into your branded campaign within our platform. As the Data Controller, you decide what data we use and for what purpose and we only act on those specific instructions. We do not store, reuse or share the data in any other way. A clear Data Processing Agreement is provided and we delete the list upon campaign completion. All communications are sent under your clinic name and branding to your existing patient base only.
WHAT WOULD MY PATIENTS RECEIVE?

CAN I CHOOSE WHO RECEIVES MY MESSAGES?
Yes you can filter clients within your own system and simply provide us with a CSV or Excel file with those that you would like to be included in your BACK IN TOUCH campaign. We’ll send you a simple template if you don't have one available.

Back In Touch – Plus is designed for clinic owners who want more than just a one-time diary boost. It gives you:
